Stepping out to enjoy the Los Angeles, California sunshine, Rachel Uchitel was spotted on the beach earlier today (August 23).

The former Tiger Woods mistress was accompanied by a male friend as they made their way down the shoreline, giving Rachel a bit of a break from the rehab center she?s currently residing at in Malibu.

In related news, Uchitel is being accused of having an affair with Jeremy London, whose estranged wife is the one claiming the infidelity.

Of his wife, who he is currently separated from, the ?Party of Five? actor told Radar Online, ?Melissa is ridiculous... she has no idea what shes talking about and shes behaving like a child."

He went on to defend Rachel by saying, "Shes been wrongfully persecuted by the media and because of what the media has done to me after I was nearly murdered, I relate to her."
